A.EMERY offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original brand box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
